Reactive – Storm works

One of the main things we do is provide scaffolding access for social housing if properties suffer any kind of storm damage. We have erected a large number of scaffold systems on various properties within the contracted areas in the North East and Hull. The responsive works can include independent scaffoldings, independent scaffolding towers, and gin wheel and ropes. We prioritise homes in areas most affected by storms.

Our reactive teams install scaffolding access so contractors can re-roof the properties as soon as possible. Crucially, we ensure the scaffolds are safe and stable because roofs may have lifted and became unstable. Thirteen Group prioritises these properties to minimise damage and to protect tenants.
