We're proud to have accredited teams who are CISRS and FASET trained to work on new build sites. More importantly, they understand the build sequences on projects so we can provide the most efficient solutions and work within any timeframe.

J Gunn Scaffolding has been a provider of the market leading TRAD Deck safety system since 2022. It is a light duty fall prevention system that can also be used as a general working platform. It is reliable and has approval from FASET because it provides exceptional fall protection. Most importantly, the design prevents falls rather than mitigating them.

The system also has only 3 basic components. So, it offers a very quick build time and versatility to suit various needs. However, it is a systemised safety product and as such requires a sufficient approach for erection and dismantling. We have the skills and experience to handle it.

The TRAD Deck safety system, when installed in accordance to the erection guide, is approved and tested as a Class B lightweight working and fall prevention platform. To achieve the standard, its safe working static load has been established at 2.0kN/m2 (202.66kg/m2 UDL) with a safety factor of 3 for small dynamic loads.

Rigorous load testing for the individual structural components and as a complete structure ensures the system has the strength for various projects. Crucially, it will offer overall resistance against the following: Deflection, Deformation and Collapse.
